El Festival Internacional de Cine de Celaya (FICC) convoca a cineastas, realizadores y productores de México y el mundo a participar en nuestra primera muestra de cine LGBT+, a celebrarse con objetivo de visibilizar la diversidad a través del séptimo arte.
Bases para participar:
1.- Participantes:
Podrán inscribirse realizadores y productores de cualquier nacionalidad, mayores de 18 años. Se incentiva especialmente la participación de creadores que pertenezcan al colectivo LGBT+.

Se recibirán obras en los siguientes formatos:
3.- Recepción de materiales:
La recepción de las obras estará abierta a partir del 13 de abril teniendo como fecha límite el día 01 de junio del 2025.

Los materiales requeridos son:
4.- Selección:
Las obras serán evaluadas por un comité especializado en narrativa cinematográfica y perspectiva de género, la selección para la muestra se dará a conocer a través de nuestras redes sociales oficiales.
5.- Exhibición:
Los proyectos seleccionados formarán parte de nuestra primera muestra de cine LGBT+ que se llevará a cabo en el mes de junio. Además de ser considerados para ser parte de la Selección Oficial de la décima edición del FICC.
6.- Aceptación de bases:
La inscripción de una obra implica la aceptación total de la presente convocatoria y de las decisiones del comité organizador, las cuales serán inapelables.

The Celaya’s International Film Festival (FICC) invites filmmakers, directors, and producers from Mexico and around the world to participate in our first LGBT+ film showcase, held with the objective of making diversity visible through the seventh art.
Guidelines for Participation:
Participants:
Filmmakers and producers of any nationality, aged 18 and over, are welcome to register. Participation from creators belonging to the LGBT+ community is especially encouraged.
Categories:
Works will be received in the following formats:
Genres: Fiction, Documentary, Animation, and Experimental film.
Theme: Must address stories, issues, or realities related to sexual and gender diversity (LGBT+).
Format: Short film.
Validity: Works must not have been premiered more than two years prior to the time of registration.
Language: Works must be submitted in their original language. If the language is not Spanish, they must include mandatory subtitles.
Submission of Materials:
Submissions will be accepted from April 13th until June 1st, 2025.

Short synopsis.
Technical specifications.
Two high-quality still images from the short film..
Selection:
Selection works will be evaluated by a committee specialized in cinematic narrative and gender perspective. The selection for the showcase will be announced through our official social media channels.
Exhibition:
Selected projects will be part of our first LGBT+ film showcase to be held in June.
Additionally, they will be considered for the Official Selection of the 10th edition of the FICC
